How do I cancel my subscription?
On your device: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Wanderlist → Cancel. You can also tap Profile → Settings → Manage subscription inside the app to jump straight there.
How do I get a refund?
App Store purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are issued by Apple, not us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I delete my account?
Profile → Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your trips, photos, and account from our database. There's no undo.
Does Wanderlist sync between my iPhone and iPad?
Yes — your trips and photos sync via the cloud the moment you sign in on any device.
My free trial ended but I wasn't charged?
Apple processes the renewal within 24 hours of the trial ending. If you cancelled the trial in time, you won't be charged. If you have a doubt, check Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
